Doa Kepada Roh Kudus
Datanglah, ya Roh Kudus, penuhilah hati umatMu, dan nyalakanlah di dalamnya api cintaMu.
V. Ya Allah Bapa, utuslah RohMu maka segala sesuatu akan diciptakan lagi;
R. Dan Engkau akan membaharui muka bumi.
Marilah berdoa: Ya Allah, Engkau telah mengajar hati umatMu dengan terang Roh Kudus, berilah supaya dalam Roh yang sama ini kami sentiasa berfikir benar dan bijaksana, serta selalu gembira kerana lipuranNya. Demi Kristus, Tuhan kami. Amin.
FIRMAN ALLAH
Firman Allah itu hidup dan berkuasa, lebih tajam daripada pedang bermata dua. Firman itu menusuk sampai ke batas antara jiwa dan roh, sampai ke batas antara sendi-sendi dan tulang sumsum. Firman Allah menghakimi fikiran dan niat hati manusia.
Ibr 4:12
Prayer To The Holy Spirit
Come, O Holy Spirit, fill the hearts of your faithful, and enkindle in them the fire of your love.
V. Send forth your Spirit and they shall be created.
R. And you shall renew the face of the earth.
Let us pray: O God, who by the light of the Holy Spirit did instruct the hearts of the faithful, grant that in the same Spirit we may be truly wise and ever rejoice in his consolation. Through Christ our Lord. Amen.
THE WORD OF GOD
For the word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing to the divison of soul and spirit, of joints and marrow, and discerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart.
